Key Responsibilities:Patient Care & Treatments:

- Perform clinic treatments/therapies as prescribed by the doctor
- Assist in skin, hair, laser, slimming, or wellness procedures (as applicable)
- Prepare patients before treatment and explain basic pre/post-care instructions
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during all sessions
- Monitor patient response during treatment and report concerns immediately

Clinical Support:

- Assist doctors during procedures whenever required
- Prepare treatment rooms, machines, and equipment before sessions
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene of all treatment areas
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of clinic devices/equipment
- Maintain treatment consumables and stock availability

Patient Experience:

- Build positive relationships with patients through professional behavior
- Answer basic patient queries politely and guide them appropriately
- Maintain a calm, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
- Encourage follow-up visits and treatment continuity as advised by doctors

Documentation & Coordination:

- Maintain patient treatment records and session updates
- Coordinate with reception/front desk for appointments and scheduling
- Inform management regarding machine issues, stock shortages,



or patient concerns
- Work closely with doctors and clinic staff for smooth daily operations

Sales & Upselling Support (if applicable):

- Educate patients about available services/packages recommended by doctors
- Support the team in achieving clinic service goals ethically
- Promote memberships or treatment plans where appropriate

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Relevant certification/diploma in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology / Physiotherapy / Nursing / Aesthetic Therapy (depending on clinic type)
- Basic knowledge of skin, hair, or wellness treatments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience
- Basic computer knowledge for records and scheduling

Additional Requirements:

- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
- Willingness to learn new treatments and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
- Flexible to work on weekends/shift timings if required

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
