Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Japanese Language Expert to bridge communication between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will lead client interactions, handle bilingual project documentation, and ensure seamless delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities

- Client Interface: Act as the primary bridge between Japanese clients and internal technical/project management teams to ensure clear alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Translation & Interpretation: Perform high-accuracy translation of project reports, technical documents, emails, and lead live interpretation during client meetings.
- Project Support: Facilitate smooth communication, track project status, and report updates directly to Japanese leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills





- Certification: JLPT N2 certification is mandatory (JLPT N1 is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Japanese translator, interpreter, or client manager—preferably within the IT or tech industry.
- Fluency: Native-level business Japanese (written and spoken) and fluent English.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution, and client management skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
