Liberty Immigration Services is a regulated Canadian immigration consultancy. We assist individuals and families with programs such as Express Entry, LMIA, work permits, and family sponsorships. We are expanding our remote India team and are hiring qualified legal professionals.
Job Summary
We are hiring an Immigration Case Filing Coordinator with a law degree (mandatory).
Lawyers with Canadian or US immigration filing experience are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit Canadian immigration applications (IRCC and provincial programs).
- Review and organize client documents for compliance.
- Provide clear written and verbal instructions to clients.
- Stay updated on Canadian immigration policies and rules.
- Work with RCICs and the legal team to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Track application progress and maintain digital client records in CRM.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or higher law degree (mandatory).
- Experience: Canadian or US immigration filing experience is an asset.
- Skills: Legal drafting, document review, attention to detail.
- Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Technical: Proficient with MS Office, online filing portals, and reliable internet.
- Availability: Night shift (to match Canadian business hours). Some weekend availability may be required.
