We are looking for a talented and experienced Python Analytics Dashboard & Application Developer to join our growing Data team in Mumbai.

About the Role

You will work at the intersection of Data Analytics and Python Application Development, building interactive and analytically rich web applications using Python, Dash and Plotly, with Databricks Lakehouse as the data backend.

Your work will directly help business users understand data, monitor KPIs and make informed decisions through intuitive dashboards and applications.

What You'll Do

- Build interactive web applications using Python & Dash
- Create engaging dashboards and data visualisations using Plotly
- Develop KPI cards, charts, drill-downs and interactive analytical views
- Build multi-page applications with intuitive navigation
- Design polished, responsive interfaces using CSS & Dash Bootstrap Components
- Develop data-entry forms and editable data tables
- Implement data writeback using INSERT / MERGE / UPSERT
- Build audit trails for user activity and data changes
- Use Pandas for data manipulation and transformation
- Implement UI and backend data validation
- Connect applications to Databricks SQL Warehouse and Delta tables
- Deploy applications to Databricks Apps
- Write clean, scalable and maintainable Python code




- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on datasets, schemas and KPIs

Key Skills Required

Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Python application/dashboard development
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Experience with Dash and Plotly
- Experience building multi-page dashboards and working with callbacks/state management
- Strong SQL skills
- Proficiency in Pandas
- Strong understanding of data analytics and business KPIs
- Strong CSS skills
- Experience with Dash Bootstrap Components / Bootstrap / Tailwind
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Proficiency in Git

Databricks Experience

You should be comfortable working with existing Databricks data and applications.

Experience with the following is expected:

- Databricks SQL Warehouse
- Delta tables
- SQL operations including SELECT, INSERT and MERGE/UPSERT
- Basic Delta Lake concepts
- Databricks UI and catalog/table navigation
- Deploying Python applications on Databricks Apps using Gunicorn

Good to Have

- Experience with Azure Databricks
- Understanding of data governance and audit-trail patterns
- Experience with Streamlit
- Basic knowledge of React / JavaScript
