- Sales & Client Experience: Own showroom targets, personally handle high-value clients, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the performance of sales associates and floor staff.
- Showroom Operations: Ensure the store layout, displays, and visual merchandising meet brand guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage cash flow, and conduct regular audits.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track sales metrics, manage controllable expenses, and report to regional management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
