Associate – Technical SpecificationsRole Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Associate to join th** Team** at Biltrax Construction Data. The role involves managing ** data operations, construction project specifications, data quality, team performance, and process management**.

The selected candidate will lead and supervise a team of 8–10 team members, ensuring accurate data processing, timely deliverables, and adherence to defined quality standards and SLAs.

- Job Type: Full time
- Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off
- Preferred Location: Navi Mumbai to Kalyan and Kurla.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 associates. Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, provide feedback, and support team performance.
- ** Data Management:** Manage the end-to-end process of collecting, entering, validating, and structuring technical specifications and construction project data.
- Data Quality & Accuracy: Conduct regular quality checks and audits, identify data discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Performance & SLA Management: Monitor team KPIs, productivity, turnaround time, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.
- Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Research, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth data flow, resolve issues, and meet business requirements.
- Training & Development: Train, mentor, and coach team members on processes, data quality standards, technical specifications, and domain knowledge.




- Reporting & MIS: Maintain operational reports and dashboards to track team performance, productivity, accuracy, and deliverables.

Key Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data operations, data management, data entry management, technical data handling, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in team handling or team management, preferably managing a team of 5 or more members.
- Experience in data quality, data validation, data processing, or technical data management.
- Understanding of technical specifications, structured data, construction data, engineering data, or similar domains will be preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data validation, data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage high-volume data and tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing and supporting a team.

Candidate Requirements

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Comfortable with telephonic conversations and data validation calls.
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai and Thane preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Solid focus on accuracy, productivity, and quality.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented and target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
