Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Team Lead to lead and manage our study abroad team. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of overseas education processes, excellent team management skills, and the ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the Study Abroad team.
- Set team targets and monitor individual and overall performance.
- Guide counsellors in student counselling and conversion.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving student queries.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective students and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the complete student journey from counselling to admission.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of applications.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain team performance reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and professional service.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of Team Lead experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education field.
- Strong knowledge of study abroad counselling and admission processes.
- Proven experience in managing and achieving team targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of international education destinations and admission processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
