Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and experienced positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports

Requirements:

- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR
- Freshers with strong communication and interest in recruitment can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and follow-ups




- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals
- Positive, proactive and target-oriented approach
