Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with experience in interior architecture, civil engineering or commercial construction.

You will manage commercial construction and improvement projects from start to finish, coordinate with contractors and vendors, conduct regular site visits, and ensure work is completed on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

This is a field-based role that requires regular travel

Key Responsibilities

- Plan project timelines, milestones and site activities.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress.
- Check work against drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors and vendors.
- Provide clear progress updates to homeowners.
- Identify delays, quality issues and execution risks.
- Track materials, manpower and project dependencies.
- Document scope changes and their impact on cost and timelines.
- Resolve project issues and follow up until closure.
- Prepare snag lists and manage final project handover.
- Manage multiple residential projects at the same time.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Interior , Architecture,



Civil Engineering or a construction-related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential /commercial construction, architecture, civil works, site management or project management.
- Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, BOQs and materials.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Positive planning, problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for calls, photographs, documentation and project updates.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Willingness to travel

Preferred Experience

Experience with architecture firms, residential /commercial construction companies, builders, contractors, developers or project management consultancies is preferred.

Candidates must have practical site experience. Applicants with only design experience and no construction-site exposure may not be suitable for this role.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per year
