Job Summary

We are hiring a Garment Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities in a garment manufacturing unit. The role is responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily line production against order targets.
- Allocate operators and balance the production line for efficient output.
- Ensure garments meet quality standards before moving to the next process.
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching and finishing sections.
- Track efficiency, rejection rates and productivity of the production line.




- Train new operators on machine handling and production processes.
- Maintain daily production and attendance records.
- Report production status and operational issues to the production manager.

Requirements

- Diploma in Apparel/Fashion Technology or equivalent shop-floor experience.
- 3–6 years of experience supervising a stitching or production line in a garment unit.
- Knowledge of garment construction and line-balancing techniques.
- Ability to train and manage machine operators.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English preferred.
- Familiarity with production tracking registers or software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
