Sales Assistant – Crockery & Kitchenware Store

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our crockery and kitchenware store. The successful candidate will assist customers, maintain product displays, handle sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.

* Assist customers in selecting crockery, kitchenware, and related products.

* Explain product features, prices, and available options.

* Handle billing, cash/card payments, and basic sales transactions.

* Maintain attractive and organized product displays and store shelves.

* Restock products and check inventory when required.

* Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-presented.

* Handle customer questions, complaints, and returns professionally.





* Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.

* Follow company policies and maintain a skilled attitude.

Requirements

* Good communication and customer-service skills.

* Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude.

* Basic knowledge of retail sales and billing is an advantage.

* Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.

* Ability to work as part of a team.

* Willingness to learn about crockery and kitchenware products.

* Dress code required.
