Job description:

Position: Desktop Support Engineer L1 (Freshers)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 Days (Mon– Sat)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

1) Looking for an Ahmedabad Local Candidates
2) Also can join on an immediate basis

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 technical support to end users for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and basic peripheral issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, applications, and basic drivers.
- Handle basic network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, and DNS troubleshooting.
- Provide basic support for Active Directory such as password resets and user account issues.
- Assist with BitLocker and basic system security-related issues.
- Log, update, and track support tickets within the required SLA.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the L2/concerned technical team.




- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Basic Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of Windows OS & Desktop Troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Networking – LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Basic understanding of BitLocker
- Hardware & peripheral troubleshooting
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work in an IT support environment

Qualification: BCA / B.Tech / MCA / Diploma in IT or Computer-related field.
