Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Prepare espresso-based beverages such as Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, and Macchiato.
- Maintain consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and quality.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payments when required.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable beverages or products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, ingredients, cups, and other supplies.
- Inform the supervisor about low-stock items and equipment issues.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day café operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Required Skills





- Previous experience as a Barista or in café/restaurant operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
- Basic knowledge of espresso machines and coffee grinders.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
- Solid attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education

- 12th Pass / Diploma or relevant certification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage preferred.

Pay: ₹9,897.92 - ₹26,598.27 per month
