Alliance Broadband Services Private Limited is looking for a Technical Support Executive with experience in ISP, broadband, or networking support. The candidate should have a good understanding of networking concepts and CCNA knowledge.

The role involves troubleshooting customer connectivity issues, providing technical assistance, monitoring network-related problems, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of service issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to broadband and Internet customers.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, router, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints related to broadband services.
- Provide transparent and professional communication to customers regarding technical problems and resolutions.
- Support day-to-day ISP/networking operations as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in Telecom, Broadband, ISP, Networking, or a related industry.
- Good knowledge of CCNA and networking fundamentals.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and basic network configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with ISP/broadband technical support experience will be preferred.
