Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, sounds, and content ideas relevant to the industry.
- Write captions, post descriptions, and basic marketing copy.
- Coordinate with the team to collect photos, videos, product information, and company updates.
- Assist in shooting and creating short-form videos and Reels when required.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and other social media performance metrics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and basic audience queries professionally.
- Maintain consistent company branding across all social media platforms.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, employee activities, and company announcements.
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly social media performance reports.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
