Field Executive – Sales & Sampling Activation

About Avocult

Avocult is a young, rapid-growing food & beverages brand making fresh, clean-label guacamole, avocado smoothies and avocado tea. We are expanding across Delhi NCR through Blinkit, modern retail stores and consumer sampling.

We are looking for someone energetic, responsible and comfortable being on the move to join our team.

What will you do?

Your job is simple: make sure our products reach the right places and more people get to try them!

Distribution & Deliveries

- Coordinate deliveries to Blinkit warehouses/dark stores across Delhi NCR
- Coordinate deliveries to retail stores in Delhi & Gurgaon
- Work with our delivery partners/manufacturers to ensure products reach on time
- Track deliveries, stock and returns

Store Visits

- Visit stores and check Avocult's availability and stock
- Ensure our products are properly displayed
- Speak with store staff and report any issues
- Take photos and share updates with the team

Sampling & Brand Activations

- Conduct Avocult sampling at housing societies, retail stores, cafes, gyms and events
- Talk to consumers and introduce them to our products




- Collect customer feedback
- Help make Avocult a brand people remember!

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for hardworking, energetic and willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

You should:

- Have your own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Be comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR
- Be confident talking to people
- Know basic WhatsApp, Google Maps & Excel/Sheets
- Speak Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Be punctual, responsible and proactive

Freshers are welcome to apply! Experience in FMCG, food, retail, sampling, delivery or field sales is a plus.
