Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall operations of the retail store.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
- Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales, productivity, and store performance metrics.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily financial reconciliation.
- Maintain company standards for visual merchandising and store cleanliness.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2+ Years experience in retails or related field
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

Salary:15000-20000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
