Job Summary
Manage SAP GRC Access Control (AC) modules – ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and risk mitigation across user and role levels
Key Responsibilities
1. To administer ERP in production setting
2. To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
3. To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery
4. To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level
5. To train and transfer knowledge to the team members
