About the Role

We are hiring 2 Area Managers – Sales & Operations to manage and drive business performance across assigned clinics in North India.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in aesthetic clinics, hair transplant, dermatology, cosmetology, skin & hair clinics, healthcare sales or related industries, with strong expertise in team handling and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales and daily operations of assigned clinics within the area.
- Achieve monthly revenue, sales, consultation and conversion targets.
- Monitor branch-wise performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate Branch Managers, FOEs, sales teams and clinic staff.
- Conduct regular branch visits and review daily operations.
- Monitor leads, walk-ins, consultations, conversions and revenue.
- Improve customer conversion and overall patient experience.
- Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs, grooming and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to improve lead utilisation and conversion.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS.
- Identify underperforming branches and implement improvement plans.




- Support manpower requirements, recruitment, training and team development.
- Handle customer and operational escalations.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of hair, skin and aesthetic treatments.
- Ensure branches maintain operational discipline and achieve business objectives.
- Report area performance and key challenges to the Regional Manager.

Candidate Profile

- 4–7+ years of experience in sales/operations, preferably from the aesthetic or healthcare industry.
- Prior experience in hair transplant, dermatology, cosmetology, skin & hair clinics or premium healthcare is highly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple branches or teams.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven record of target achievement.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of sales conversion and customer handling.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
