Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled, reliable, and punctual Driver to handle staff and executive transportation. The ideal candidate must reside locally near our office vicinity to ensure timely pickups and must have a deep knowledge of local routes and surrounding areas.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Staff Transportation: Provide timely pickup and drop-off services for company staff. Since office hours begin at 8:30 AM, the driver must be available earlier for morning pickups.
- Safe Driving: Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to all traffic laws and maintaining a steady driving pace.
- Navigation: Utilize knowledge of local areas and nearby industrial/commercial zones to choose the most efficient routes, avoiding heavy traffic where possible.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks (oil, water, tire pressure, fuel)



and ensure the vehicle is kept clean and sanitized at all times.
- Reporting: Maintain an accurate logbook of trips, mileage, and fuel expenses.

2. Requirements & Qualifications

- Residency: Mandatory: Must reside within the local vicinity of the company or nearby areas to ensure early morning availability.
- Language: Basic communicating English is required (to interact with staff/management), along with fluency in the local language.
- Experience: Minimum of [3-4] years of experience as a commercial or executive driver.
- License: Must possess a valid and clean Driving License
- Local Knowledge: High level of familiarity with local shortcuts, landmarks, and surrounding travel areas.
- Punctuality: Must be extremely disciplined regarding time

3. Skills & Competencies

- Polite and professional demeanor.
- Good vision and focus.
- Ability to use GPS/Navigation apps if required.
- Non-smoker/Non-drinker during work hours is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
