Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Exchange Online Administration
Manage and maintain Exchange Online configurations, including mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and mailbox policies.
Troubleshoot complex email delivery issues, spam filtering, and security policies.
Implement and optimize Exchange Online features for performance and compliance.

Microsoft Defender for Office (MDO)
Configure and manage MDO policies for anti-phishing, anti-spam, and secure attachments/links.
Monitor and respond to email security alerts and incidents.
Investigate phishing and malware threats.

Microsoft Defender Suite (Basic Knowledge)
Assist with basic configuration and monitoring of other Defender tools (Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps).




Collaborate with security teams for escalations and advanced threat resolution.

Incident Response & Escalation
Serve as Level 2 escalation point for messaging and email security issues.
Work closely with Level 1 support and SOC teams to ensure timely resolution.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Generate reports on email security posture and threat trends.
