We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join Nap Chief and drive our online growth across paid advertising, marketplaces, social media and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, data-driven and comfortable working in a quick-paced D2C environment.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, ROAS, conversions, CAC and other key metrics and provide regular reports.
- Work closely with the social media and creative teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and campaigns.
- Support SEO, website traffic and landing-page optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with influencers and support influencer marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, digital trends and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
- Analyze customer and campaign data to improve traffic,



conversions and overall online sales.
- Work with internal teams to plan and execute digital campaigns for new launches, offers and seasonal activities.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a D2C, e-commerce or consumer brand.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with Amazon/Flipkart or other marketplace advertising is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics/GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of social media, influencer marketing and digital content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership, experiment, learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.

D2C/e-commerce experience will be preferred.
