Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.
- Answer incoming calls and help with customer questions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and advantages clearly.
- Record call outcomes, feedback, and notes accurately in the database.
- Follow up with warm leads to help move them through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
