We are seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and measurement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works from construction drawings and project documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Perform material take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation.
- Verify quantities and measurements as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to resolve quantity-related issues.
- Maintain project records and prepare measurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 4–15 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
- Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other digital quantity take-off and estimating tools.
- Robust understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
