About the Role

EarlyVentions is looking for a dynamic and people-centric Center Head to lead our Varthur centre. This role requires a strong balance of academic leadership, operations management, parent engagement, and team building. The Center Head is the face of the centre and plays a key role in delivering high-quality early childhood experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Child Experience

- Ensure smooth implementation of the EarlyVentions curriculum and daily routines
- Maintain high standards of child safety, hygiene, and well-being
- Observe classrooms and mentor teachers for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with early years best practices and internal quality standards

Operations & Administration

- Oversee day-to-day centre operations, staffing, and schedules
- Ensure statutory compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
- Manage inventory, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Monitor attendance, ratios, and centre performance metrics

Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate, and manage teachers, caregivers, and support staff
- Handle hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and child-first work culture

Parent & Community Engagement

- Be the primary point of contact for parents




- Handle admissions inquiries, conversions, and parent orientations
- Address parent concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Build strong relationships with apartment associations and local stakeholders

Admissions & Growth

- Drive admissions through walk-ins, referrals, and local outreach
- Meet enrolment targets in coordination with the central team
- Support marketing initiatives, open houses, and events

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in preschool/daycare management or center leadership
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada preferred)
- Proven leadership and people-management abilities
