Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow Frizzon’s digital presence across social media and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and have a strong understanding of content, trends, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage monthly social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ideate and create engaging posts, reels, stories, BTS content, GIFs, and other social formats.
- Manage Frizzon’s social media presence, including posting, cross-posting, tagging, community engagement, and DMs.
- Identify opportunities to showcase Frizzon’s projects, directors, employees, achievements, and company culture.
- Track social media analytics, engagement, reach, and follower growth and use insights to improve content.
- Keep Frizzon’s website and digital platforms updated with new projects, team members, showreels, and other content.
- Create basic social media creatives and branding assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and new platform features.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content, or a similar role.




- Robust understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Strong visual sense and understanding of branding and content aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and manage social media content.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Good to Have

- Experience working with a production house, advertising agency, creative studio, media, or entertainment company.
- Basic understanding of website management, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Experience creating Reels, BTS content, and short-form videos.
