Job Summary

We are looking to recruit Legal Intern / Legal Executive for the Legal & Compliance

Department at Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling

compliance-related activities and legal coordination for operations across India and GCC. The

role involves regulatory compliance tracking, legal documentation, coordination with internal

departments and external legal counsels, maintenance of records, and monitoring statutory

requirements across the respective jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- for assigned regions.
- Maintain and update compliance trackers, legal records, licenses, agreements, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with business teams, HR, finance, operations, and external legal consultantsfor compliance-related matters.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal notices, agreements, declarations,
- undertakings, and compliance documents.
- Track renewal timelines for licenses, registrations, agreements, visas, CRs, and other
- statutory compliances.
- Support in handling cheque bounce matters, legal notices, litigation coordination, andrecovery follow-ups.




- Prepare MOMs, compliance reports, summaries, and management updates.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research related to labour laws, commercial laws, andcorporate compliances.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal and business information.
- Assist seniors in audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.
- LL.B. graduate with relevant experience in legal/compliance functions.
- Experience in corporate compliance, legal documentation, or litigation coordinationpreferred.
- Good drafting, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of compliance processes will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under strict timelines.
- Professional communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
