Overview

This role goes beyond writing. You will own how ReCircle communicates across platforms, audiences, and formats. You will think through content ideas, plan the monthly content calendar, and execute the writing yourself. A separate person handles visuals, so you need to think creatively about content direction and solve problems on your own, not just produce copy on request.

Key Responsibilities

Content creation and copywriting

- Write content across formats: website pages, landing pages, blogs, emailers, and social media for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Develop founder-led narratives and leadership profiling
- Keep tone, voice, and messaging consistent across all channels

Content strategy and planning

- Plan the monthly content calendar and execute it end to end
- Build content plans for campaigns, launches, and initiatives
- Turn complex sustainability topics into content people understand and engage with
- Bring your own ideas to the table and find solutions when a campaign is not working

Digital and performance content

- Write SEO driven blogs and website content
- Run A/B tests to improve content performance
- Track engagement, reach, and conversion data, then adjust content based on what you learn

Brand and communication oversight

- Proofread and refine internal and external communication
- Manage online reputation across platforms
- Keep all content aligned with brand guidelines and positioning





Collaboration and execution

- Work with the designer to brief and align on visual direction, while owning the written content yourself
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams
- Work with marketing, sales, and leadership to align content with business goals

Workflow and tools

- Use AI tools to write faster and improve quality
- Find ways to streamline your own workflow

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content strategy
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across formats and audiences
- A person who thinks through problems and proposes solutions, not just someone who executes instructions
- Experience planning and running a content calendar independently
- B2B content experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of SEO and content performance metrics
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and optimisation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
