Key Responsibilities

Mould Design & Development

* Design multi-cavity injection moulds for plastic medical components with a focus on accuracy, durability, and manufacturability.

* Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings using SolidWorks; prepare and release complete Bills of Materials (BOMs).

* Apply principles of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and GD&T; to ensure functional and production-ready designs.

Technical Collaboration

* Collaborate with R&D;, Tool Room, Production, and Vendors to review, validate, and optimize mould designs.

* Support mould trials, conduct design reviews, and implement modifications based on trial results.

* Contribute to design documentation, including the Design History File (DHF) to meet regulatory requirements. Compliance & Quality

* Ensure all design processes and tooling activities comply with ISO 13485, GMP, and relevant medical device standards.

* Design moulds for cleanroom compatibility, supporting sterile manufacturing practices where applicable.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
