Accounts Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Kalyan East
‍ Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Real Estate (Developer)

Key Responsibilities:

- GST & TDS Working
- Single Entry & Double Entry Accounting
- Tally ERP Entries
- Contra, Journal, Receipt & Payment Entries
- Sales & Purchase Entries
- Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Petty Cash Handling
- Debit Note, Credit Note & Invoice Preparation
- Day-to-day Accounting & Ledger Management

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP
- Tally Certified candidates preferred
- Robust knowledge of the Golden Rules of Accounting
- Good understanding of Journal, Contra, Receipt, Payment & Sales Entries
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Petty Cash
- Knowledge of GST & TDS
- Good communication and basic MS Excel skills

Mandatory Requirement:

- Minimum 1+ year of Real Estate (Developer) accounting experience is mandatory.
