Hiring | General Manager – Hospitality

V are looking for an experienced General Manager – Hospitality to lead and expand its Hospitality Business vertical.

This is a senior B2B / Institutional Sales leadership role focused on hotel chains, resorts, hospitality groups and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the Hospitality segment business strategy
- Identify and onboard recent hotel chains, resorts and hospitality groups
- Build relationships with Owners, Procurement Heads, GMs and Project Teams
- Drive revenue growth and achieve annual business targets
- Lead end-to-end institutional sales and key account management
- Manage negotiations, pricing, contracts and annual rate agreements
- Develop customized solutions for 4-star, 5-star and luxury hotels
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across fitness, spa, wellness and other durable product categories
- Work with architects, consultants and project teams during hotel pre-opening stages




- Ensure smooth delivery, installation and commissioning
- Track upcoming hospitality projects, market trends and competitor activity

Ideal Candidate:

- 12–15+ years of experience in Hospitality / Institutional Sales
- Strong experience selling durable / capital products to hotel chains, developers or architects
- Established network with hotel procurement heads, project consultants and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of hospitality procurement cycles
- Experience managing multi-location key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
