We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – Sports & Partnerships

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help grow one of Chennai’s emerging sports & recreation destinations.
If you enjoy sales, building relationships, meeting people and turning conversations into business, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Drive new business through corporate tie-ups, partnerships and B2B outreach
- Generate revenue through events, memberships, coaching and sports programs
- Identify and build relationships with corporates, brands, communities and institutions
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion
- Develop and execute local business development initiatives
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to grow the venue
- Track leads, conversions and revenue performance

What we’re looking for:




✅ 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships✅ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills✅ Comfortable with cold calling, networking and client meetings✅ Target-oriented, proactive and self-driven✅ Experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, events or lifestyle businesses is a plus✅ Someone who takes ownership and is focused on generating business

Location: Chennai Role: Business Development Executive – Sports & Partnerships, Compensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (Gross), Experience: 1–3 years Employment: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
