Urgently Hiring: Expert E-Commerce Operator

We are looking for an Expert E-Commerce Operator with strong, hands-on experience in managing seller accounts across major online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

- Deep knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho and other major e-commerce platforms.
- Complete seller account management and account handling.
- Processing and managing claims on marketplace accounts.
- Generating, analyzing and maintaining account reports.
- Managing seller account performance and resolving account-related issues.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with marketplace managers and internal e-commerce teams.
- Solid knowledge of email communication, escalations and issue resolution.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day marketplace operations and follow up on pending issues.

Candidate Profile:





- Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Strong understanding of seller dashboards, reports, claims, escalations and account health.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Should be able to work independently and take ownership of marketplace accounts.

Salary: Depends on the candidate's knowledge, skills and experience.
Position: Full-Time
