We are looking for agile and detail-oriented professionals for our US Lead Verification Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, verifying customer details, validating intent, and ensuring compliance with TCPA and client-specific guidelines. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality verified leads for clients across Insurance, Healthcare, Financial, and Home Services verticals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Contact

- Handle inbound calls to verify leads.
- Engage with customers using approved scripts and disclosure statements.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication approach.

2. Identity & Intent Verification

- Verify customer identity and eligibility criteria.
- Confirm genuine interest in products/services.
- Capture and record TCPA-compliant consent.

3. Data Capture & Disposition

- Accurately update lead status in CRM systems:

o Verified

o Not Interested

o Callback

o Do Not Contact

o Invalid

- Ensure structured and error-free data entry.

4. Compliance & Quality

- Adhere to US compliance standards (TCPA, HIPAA where applicable).
- Follow client-specific scripts and validation checklists.
- Maintain high QA scores through accurate and compliant calls.

5. Coordination & Reporting

- Work closely with QA and Team Leads for feedback and improvement.




- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure timely disposition and real-time CRM updates.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience

Experience

- Experience in BPO / Call Center / Lead Verification / Tele-calling
- 1-3 years experience in US Lead Verification process

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)
- Strong convincing and probing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, data entry)
- Ability to handle objections and customer queries
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

- Experience in US Voice Process / Sales / Lead Generation
- Knowledge of TCPA compliance
- Familiarity with Healthcare/Insurance/Financial products

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
