Anil Neuro and Trauma Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to support surgical procedures and ensure the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre. The candidate will be responsible for preparing the OT, maintaining surgical equipment, assisting surgeons and nursing staff during procedures, and ensuring that all safety and sterilization protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare the operation theatre before surgical procedures.
- Arrange and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during operations.
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.
- Monitor the availability of OT supplies and report shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in the OT.




- Check and prepare specialized equipment required for neuro and trauma surgeries.
- Handle and maintain patient records related to surgical procedures.
- Ensure all OT equipment is functioning properly before and after surgeries.
- Follow hospital policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Qualification:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operation Theatre Technology.
- Certification in OT Technology is preferred.
- Experience in neuro and trauma surgery assistance will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,139.89 - ₹19,500.00 per month
