Job Role: Spare Parts Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Assistant to support our spare parts operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, issuing spare parts to the workshop, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the spare parts department.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store automotive spare parts.
- Issue spare parts to technicians against approved job cards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Assist in stock verification and periodic inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of spare parts.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Prepare inward and outward stock documentation.




- Report stock shortages and damaged items to the Spare Parts Incharge.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and safety.

Requirements

- Plus Two, ITI, Diploma, or any Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in automobile spare parts or inventory management will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/ERP).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Thrippunithura

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
