BIM Engineer – Structural

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer – Structural to join our team and work on Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit modelling and detailing along with a strong understanding of structural components and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation based on engineering designs.
- Carry out structural modelling and detailing for Data Centre projects.
- Interpret structural drawings, design inputs and engineering details to develop coordinated BIM models.
- Prepare RCC and steel structural detailing as per project requirements.
- Coordinate structural models with architectural and other discipline models.
- Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy and drawing quality.
- Identify and resolve modelling and detailing issues in coordination with the project team.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling and detailing.
- Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit is essential.
- Good knowledge of structural modelling and detailing.
- Experience or exposure to Data Centre projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Architectural and Structural domains.
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (DCE)/ITI in Civil Engineering.
- Positive understanding of construction drawings, structural components and detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
