Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Interior Designer to join our real-estate development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts and taking projects through design development, documentation, coordination, and site execution.

The role will primarily involve residential and/or commercial developments, including show apartments, sample flats, clubhouses, lobbies, sales offices, amenities, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, themes, layouts, and space-planning solutions in line with project requirements and brand positioning.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, details, and 3D visualizations.
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, presentations, and design proposals.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, accessories, and décor.
- Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, estimates, and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, project teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings and design intent.
- Review shop drawings and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Monitor quality, design detailing, timelines, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material samples, mock-ups, quotations, and execution.
- Attend client/internal design meetings and incorporate feedback into the final design.
- Ensure consistency of design standards across multiple projects.
- Research new materials, finishes, technologies,



and interior-design trends.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and material selections.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a real-estate developer, architectural firm, or interior contracting company.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury real-estate projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction methods.
- Strong site-execution and project-coordination experience.

Software Skills

- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp – Preferred
- 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape – Preferred
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- MS Office
- Revit – Added advantage

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
