Remote - One-time laptop pick up from (Noida/Bengaluru/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai) Experience: 10+ Years Contract Duration: 6 Months Timing: IST (normal shift)

Responsibilties

- Strong experience defining Product Roadmaps, Feature Backlogs, Release Plans, and Product Delivery Roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Strong experience conducting JAD (Joint Application Development) and JAR (Joint Application Review) sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with Product, Engineering, Operations, Architecture, and Delivery teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong understanding of Business Architecture, Solution Dependencies, Risk Assessment, and Technical Solution Delivery.
- Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) products, platforms, and enterprise IAM solution architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Authentication and Identity Federation protocols including: OAuth 2.0.
- OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- SAML 2.0.
- Identity Provider (IdP) Federation.
- Strong understanding of Security Frameworks and Authentication mechanisms, including: OAuth 2.0.
- JWT (JSON Web Tokens).
- Secure Web Application Development.
- Experience with Identity Management, including:, User Provisioning User De-provisioning Identity Lifecycle Management Robust understanding of Security Standards and Compliance Frameworks such as:, ISO 27001.
- NIST Hands-on experience implementing API Security using Token-based Authentication and Authorization mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Encryption Techniques for protecting sensitive data during transmission and storage.
- Strong understanding of Access Control Models including:



Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
- Experience creating, managing, and implementing Authorization Policies, Roles, Permissions, and Access Governance.
- Strong understanding of Risk Assessment, Security Governance, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements with stakeholders and project teams.
- Hands-on experience with Product Management and Agile tools including Rally, Jira, and Aha!.
- Familiarity with SCIM 2.0, SET, and SMART on FHIR standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.

Required Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Software Engineer in an Agile environment.
- 6+ years of experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing solutions using Third-Party APIs and enterprise integrations.
