About the Role

Core Global is looking for confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for generating and following up on sales leads, communicating with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into site visits and potential sales.

This is a sales-oriented role, and candidates should be comfortable with making regular calls, following up with prospects and working towards sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing leads.

· Generate new sales leads through telecalling and other available sources.

· Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

· Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, features, and other relevant details to prospective clients.

· Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls and messages.

· Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.

· Schedule and coordinate property/site visits with prospective customers.

· Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

· Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead management.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

· Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.

· Achieve individual and team-based sales and lead-generation targets.

· Attend client meetings or visit the client's location when required.

· Assist the sales team in converting leads into successful property transactions.

· Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status, follow-ups and conversions.





· Perform other sales and customer engagement activities as assigned by the management.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

· Graduate or undergraduate with relevant communication and sales skills.

· Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

· Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, real estate sales, BPO or customer handling will be preferred.

· Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

· Fluent in Hindi and English.

· Good at convincing, negotiating and handling customer queries.

· Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.

· Positive, energetic and willing to learn.

· Comfortable with client visits when required.

· Able to work from the office.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: Up to Rs. 25,000 per month

Additional: Attractive sales commission/incentives based on performance and successful conversions.

The compensation structure will consist of a fixed monthly salary plus performance-based sales commission.

Note: No separate transportation, travel allowance or other conveyance facility will be provided. Candidates should be comfortable managing their own commute and transportation for office/client visits.

Work Location

This is a work-from-office position.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will consist of two rounds:

Round 1 – Telephonic Screening

Initial screening to assess:

· Communication skills

· Confidence

· Relevant experience

· Sales orientation

· Availability and salary expectations

Round 2 – Face-to-Face Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interaction at our Noida office to assess their overall suitability for the role.
