Position: Production Executive
Department: Production
Location: Dolphy Warehouse, Shed No.17/18, Ram Katha Ground, Vesu Canal Rd, near Saniya Check Post, Simada Gam, Surat, Gujarat 395013
Experience: 0–1 Year
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Reporting To: Production Head
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily production operations
- Handle installation, maintenance and servicing of production machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot machine and technical issues
- Minimize production downtime through timely issue resolution
- Maintain tools, spare parts and technical equipment
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and equipment requirements
- Support machine installation, setup, calibration and testing
- Maintain equipment and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth production activities
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of machinery, electrical panels, motors, circuits and sensors
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
