Business Development Associate – Travel & Tourism

Ajyad International LLP is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team and drive business growth by expanding our client network and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify, approach, and acquire current clients through direct sales, networking, and business development activities.
- Promote the company’s travel products, holiday packages, visa services, and other travel solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business visits whenever required.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development.
- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to identify potential clients and convert leads into business.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is preferred.
- Candidates with an existing network of travel agents, corporate clients, or travel businesses will have an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, commercially driven, and passionate about sales, with the ability to independently develop new business and contribute to the company’s growth.
