Inside Sales Manager – UG & PG Admissions

What You'll Do

- Counsel students on courses, specialisations & universities that fit their goals
- Convert calls, WhatsApp, email & walk-in leads into confirmed enrolments
- Guide applicants through documentation & eligibility checks
- Own your pipeline in CRM and hit monthly enrolment targets
- Answer questions on fees, scholarships, hostels, placements & campus life
- Represent us at education fairs, school outreach & webinars

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree required (Master's a plus) | 1–4 years' experience
- Hands-on with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar)
- Fluent in English + one regional language
- Empathetic, persuasive, target-driven, and organised

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
