Position: Center Manager

Work Locations: Indiranagar

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Work Timings: Day Shift. 6 Days a Week.

Gender Pref: None

Salary Range: Rs. 55,000 - 65,000 per month

Main Responsibilities-

1. Marketing & Sales:

- Achieving conversion and admissions targets
- Managing team of counselors & executives
- Planning and executing local level marketing activities
- Ensuring installments collection is on time
- Timely reporting to Area Manager

2. Academics & Operations:

- Taking overall responsibility for center operations targets
- Managing team of academic coordinator / executive
- Achieving strong customer word of mouth
- Interacting with and motivating faculties.
- Interacting with & guiding students and parents.
- Solving Operational Problems as and when they arise.
