Campaign Executive – WhatsApp & SMS Campaigns

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor WhatsApp & SMS campaigns.
- Create and schedule bulk communication campaigns as per business requirements.
- Manage campaign databases and ensure accurate customer segmentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Track campaign delivery, engagement, responses, and overall performance.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and share insights with the management.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and follow up on campaign-related issues.
- Maintain campaign records and ensure data accuracy.
- Suggest improvements to increase campaign reach and engagement.





Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, RCS, bulk messaging, or campaign management.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with large databases and meet deadlines.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business/API or bulk SMS platforms will be an added advantage.

Experience: 1–2 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹32,553.13 per month
