About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead factory operations for modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and interiors. You’ll be responsible for meeting quality, cost, and delivery timelines while managing the entire factory floor.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Production Planning & Execution

- Plan daily/weekly production schedule based on site installation timelines and sales orders

- Ensure 100% on-time dispatch of modular units, panels, and furniture

- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Site Installation teams

2. Factory Operations

- Manage CNC, edge banding, drilling, cutting, polishing, hardware, and packing sections

- Monitor machine utilization, maintenance, and downtime

- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and workflow optimization

3. Quality Control





- Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch - no edge peeling, correct drilling

- Do pre-dispatch QC and reduce rework/returns

- Maintain material traceability and process documentation

4. Team & Cost Management

- Lead and train 30-80 factory workers, carpenters, machine operators, and supervisors

- Control material wastage, labor cost, and production cost per unit

- Maintain safety, discipline, and productivity on shop floor

5. Reporting

- Daily production report, pending orders, wastage report, and manpower efficiency
