Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and customer coordination activities. The role involves managing enquiries, coordinating with customers and dealers, handling sales support activities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage leads generated through social media, website, and other platforms
- Identify potential customers and dealers and support dealer onboarding activities
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, and sales teams for enquiries and requirements
- Provide customers and dealers with necessary product information and assistance
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved on time
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales opportunities




- Maintain regular communication with customers and dealers
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, order details, and required documents
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order updates and timely delivery
- Maintain customer records, lead details, and follow-up reports
- Support the sales team in improving customer relationships and achieving targets
- Assist with marketing activities and coordination with internal teams

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English preferred
- Tamil and Hindi communication skills preferred
- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in sales coordination, customer support, or similar roles preferred
- Experience in building materials/manufacturing industry is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
