Republic Motor Works (RMW) is a multi-brand car workshop and detailing business based in Patna, Bihar. We provide car servicing, repairs, diagnostics, detailing, battery solutions, and other automotive services.

We are looking for a Sales Representative who can help us generate new customer enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and local outreach.
- Contact potential customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Explain RMW's services, packages, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed service bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Promote car servicing, repairs, detailing, battery and other RMW services.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Support local marketing and business development activities.




- Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to follow up consistently and convert enquiries.
- Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.
- Automobile knowledge or experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
