ABOUT THE ROLE

Talk to Crystals is a growing e-commerce brand selling crystals, crystal jewellery and wellness products online. We are looking for a hands-on E Commerce Executive who can take a product from the shelf to a live, well-presented listing — shooting it, editing the images, writing the listing content, and publishing it on Shopify and Amazon.

This is a doer's role, not a supervisory one. On a typical day, you will shoot a batch of new arrivals, clean up the images, write titles and descriptions, and get them live across our channels. If you enjoy taking clean product photos and are comfortable working inside Shopify Admin and Amazon Seller Central, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Photography

- Shoot product photos in-house — crystals, bracelets, pendants, tumbles, raw stones, malas and gift sets — using a light box/studio setup.
- Set up styling and props for lifestyle and flat-lay shots that suit the brand's look and feel.
- Maintain consistency in background, lighting, angles and scale across the entire catalogue.

Image Editing

- Edit and retouch product images — background removal, colour correction, cropping, resizing and compression.
- Deliver images that meet Shopify and Amazon technical requirements (pure white background for Amazon main images, correct pixel dimensions, file size limits, naming conventions).
- Maintain an organised, well-labelled image library so assets can be found and reused.

Product Listing — Shopify

- Create and publish new products in Shopify Admin with accurate titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, SKUs, weights, tags and collections.
- Write clear, SEO-friendly product titles,



descriptions and meta content aligned with the brand's tone.
- Keep existing listings updated — pricing changes, stock status, new images, seasonal updates and collection assignments.
- Regularly audit live listings for errors, broken images, missing details and duplicate content.

Product Listing — Amazon & Marketplaces

- Create and manage listings on Amazon Seller Central — single and bulk uploads via flat files.
- Maintain listing quality: keywords, bullet points, backend search terms, category and browse-node accuracy.
- Resolve catalogue issues such as suppressed listings, image rejections and content errors.
- Support listings on other marketplaces (like Blinkit) as the business expands.

Catalogue & Coordination

- Maintain a master product sheet in Excel / Google Sheets with SKUs, pricing, stock and listing status.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team so new stock is photographed and listed without delay.
- Track listing progress and share simple weekly updates on products shot, edited and published.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 1–4 years of experience in product listing, e-commerce cataloguing or product photography — preferably with a D2C brand, online seller or e-commerce agency.




- Hands-on working knowledge of Shopify Admin — creating products, variants, collections and managing the catalogue.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listing creation and basic catalogue troubleshooting.
- Ability to shoot good product photos independently using a DSLR / mirrorless camera or a positive smartphone with a light box.
- Practical image editing skills — Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Photopea or similar tools.
- Good written English for product titles, descriptions and bullet points.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets — filters, basic formulas, bulk data entry.
- Attention to detail, ownership of work, and the ability to handle repetitive catalogue work accurately and on time.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio quality.
- Six-day working week, in-office at our Gurgaon location.
