Key Responsibilities:
- Call Management: Make outbound dials or answer inbound client calls using company scripts.
- Lead Generation: Pitch product features, qualify prospective buyers, and transfer interested leads to senior sales teams.
- Customer Support: Listen to client issues, provide accurate info, and resolve complaints.
- Data Recording: Log call outcomes, updates, and next steps into the company CRM or database.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly goals for call volumes, talk time, and lead conversions.
